The new brochure about Grasbrook is an invitation to discover the emerging district and to follow the course of the “Leap across the Elbe”. About five years after the first ideas were sketched out, there is now a design for the new port area that not only forms the basis for development planning and the process of realization but also lays the foundations for a future-oriented, climate-friendly urban environment.

In an area covering 47 hectares in a spectacular waterside location, a place for the future is being created that uniquely combines care for the climate and resources, social cohesion and new worlds of work.
