These areas can be put to new use.

Then you won't have to use any new areas.

This is how the city can grow sustainably.

That means:

• The city can grow.
• And it's not bad for the environment.

You can build new houses on the old lots.

You can live and work in these houses.

The houses are near the center.

That way, the distances are short.

That's good for the urban mobility transition.

Mobility is another word for: movement.

The mobility transition means: We want to get around the city safely and easily.

That's good for the soil, too.
