There are two new neighborhoods in Grasbrook.

"Quartier" means: a part of a city.

The neighborhoods are called:

• Moldau Harbor District
• Hafen-Tor District.

There are many apartments in the Moldau Harbor neighborhood.

There are many companies in the Hafen-Tor district.

Open spaces and urban development were planned together.

Examples of open spaces include:

• Parks
• Green spaces.

The open spaces form the basic framework of this part of the city.

In other words, open spaces are very important to this part of the city.

There are many parks and green spaces in the neighborhoods.

The Elbe River and the harbor basins are being transformed into experiential spaces.

In other words: There's plenty to do there.

Nature in the city becomes a living space for:

  • Animals
  • Plants.

This means there are more different kinds of animals and plants.

There are various apartments and workplaces.

And there are many accessible options.

That's why Grasbrook is of interest to many people.

People should be able to live here.

They should also be able to meet.

There are very few cars in the Grasbrook neighborhood.

You can get anywhere there in 10 minutes.

You can walk there.

There are also other local transportation options.

There is a new subway station in downtown Grasbrook.

The Grasbrook neighborhood is intended to be sustainable.
